At Brands Factory, we are committed to providing quality products and a smooth shopping experience. Please review the following policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Refund Policy
1.1 We do not offer refunds once the order has been dispatched.
1.2 A refund is only possible in the following condition:
- If the customer cancels the order before dispatch (within 12 hours of placing the order).
1.3 In the case of a valid cancellation before dispatch:
- The refund will be initiated to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- For prepaid orders, the amount will be credited back via Razor pay or the original payment gateway.
2. Replacement Policy
2.1 We offer a free replacement in the following cases:
- The customer receives a damaged product
- The product received is defective
- The customer receives a wrong product (wrong size, colour, or item)
3. Replacement Eligibility
3.1 To be eligible for a replacement:
- The customer must raise a replacement request within 24 hours of receiving the order.
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.
- The customer must provide:
- Order ID
- Clear photos or videos showing the issue
- An unboxing video is strongly recommended for faster verification
4. Non-Replaceable Items
4.1 The following items are not eligible for replacement:
- Innerwear and personal-use items
- Used, washed, or altered products
- Products returned without original tags or packaging
- Replacement requests raised after 24 hours of delivery
5. How to Request a Replacement
5.1 To initiate a replacement request, the customer should:

- Mention the Order ID and issue clearly
- Attach supporting photos or videos of the product and packaging
6. Replacement Process
6.1 Once the issue is verified by our team:
- A reverse pickup will be arranged, if applicable
- After receiving and verifying the returned item, a replacement will be dispatched within 5–7 business days
- If a replacement is not available, we will issue store credit or a coupon code
7. Additional Conditions
7.1 Only one replacement is allowed per order.
7.2 Replacement is subject to stock availability.
7.3 We reserve the right to deny replacement if the claim is found to be false, not supported by valid proof, or does not meet our policy terms.
